At The Sioux Empire Housing Partnership we prefer to meet face-to-face, we like people and we love to help! But life can be busy, so we offer convenient online options for you.

We offer two options:

Self paced online- 11 Chapter course. 80% required passing score on the quiz at the end of each chapter. FILL OUT THE REGISTRATION FORM BELOW AND WE WILL HELP TO GET YOU STARTED

Skype- Basic calls through Skype are free, however, you must sign up for Skype. Please download the software and familiarize yourself with the service prior to the education session. Learn more about Skype here.

Online sessions work great for potential homebuyers who are outside of Sioux Falls and don't have the means to travel.
