At Sioux Empire Housing Partnership we prefer to meet face-to-face, we like people and we love to help! But life can be busy, so we offer convenient online options for you.
We have two options online: Self-Paced or One-on-One (Virtual Face to face with a live person)
Online options work great for potential home-buyers who are outside of Sioux Falls and may not have the means to travel.
Self-Paced Online
The online course is a self-paced course in which 480 minutes must be completed. A 70% passing score is required along with a quiz, budget and an evaluation to finish the course.
Virtual Face-to-Face
Schedule a One-on-One class with one of our HUD certified housing counselors right from the comfort of your home.
