At Sioux Empire Housing Partnership, we understand that life can be busy, so we offer convenient online options for our clients who can’t attend in-person.
We have two online options: Self-Paced or One-on-One over Video Call
These options work great for potential home-buyers who are outside of Sioux Falls and may not have the means to travel.
Self-Paced Online Course
The online course is time sensitive, and it monitors progress in real-time. However, students can still work at their own pace, as long as they give each chapter the minimum time required. A total of 480 minutes must be completed. A 70% passing score is required along with a quiz, a budget, and an evaluation at the end. Once you have completed the course, we will send you and your lender the Certificate of Completion.
Virtual Face-to-Face
